This samosa recipe is originated from middle east before 10th century.In Pakistan samosa is stuffed with chopped meat and its less spicy.

This samosa arose in the midst East and Central Asia. It so moved to Continent, Southeast Asia, Region Asia, and elsewhere. The period samosa and its versions cover the house of pastries and dumplings popular from north-eastern Continent to west China. This samosa moved to the Indian subcontinent, being the encroachment of the Central Asian Turkic dynasties in this area. The praise of samosa (as sanbusaj) can be seen in the 9th-century poem by the Iranian writer Ishaq al-Mawsili. 

Recipes for this container are seen at 10th–13th-century Arab cookery books, under these names sanbusak, sanbusaq, and sanbusaj, all of which infer from the Iranian language sanbosag. In Iran, this dish was popular until the sixteenth century, but by the twentieth century, its quality was limited to specific states (, e.g., the sambusas of Larestan). Abolfazl Beyhaqi (995-1077), the Iranian scholar, noted it in his past, Tarikh-e Beyhaghi.

Samosa is generally made with spicy potato,peas but now a days everyone wants something different ,that's why several variation is came up like potato samosa,prawn samosa,meat samosa,paneer samosa,noodles samosa or you can say it Chinese samosa and chocolate samosa(Sweet samosa).

Ingredients used: 

For outer coating-
  • 2 cup All purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • a little bit salt
  • Water
    For filling-
  • 1 cup boiled Noddles
  • 2 tablespoon beans finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon carrot finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon belpaper
  • 1 tea spoon soya sauce
  • 1 tea spoon red chili sauce
  • 1 tea spoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon spring onion(Optional)
  • Salt as per required
  • Chili finely chopped(As much you want)
Method-

1.First take water in a pan and add the noodles for boil.
2.Now drip the water and keep the noodles aside.
3.Add 2 tbsp of oil in a pan add all the vegetables and fry well.Then add soya sauce,tomato ketchup red chili sauce .

4.Stir well all the ingredients and add boiled noodles at this stage. Add salt as per requirements.
5.Now noodles is ready ,keep it aside for cooling.

6.In the next step we have to prepare outer coating of samosa.For this we are taking 2 cups of all purpose floor in a bowl.Add 2 tablespoon of oil,a pinch of salt and mix everything very well.
7.Now add water as per required and knead it to make a tight dough.But donot over need the dough .
8.Now cover it and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
9.Divide the dough into equal portions and with help of the rolling pin shape them into puri shape.Here I am trying my best but not making it in proper shape.
10.Now make a line in the center of the puri with a knife and also make small cuts in one of the semicircle keeping some gap.

11.Now fold the another part over the cutting part and add some water to seal it.
12.Now fold the samosa by applying some water and make it like a cone .
13.Fill the noodles in it and seal it properly by using water.
14.Now add oil in a pan for deep fry.Add all the samosa and fry it in low heat until golden brown color will appears.

15.Final looks is like this.Now you can serve it with tomato ketchup.

Note:

1.Instead of spring onion you can also used onion sliced in it.
2.If you want to try it with Maggie instead of noodles ,you can try it.
3.When you will boil the noodles add a few drops of oil in boiling water so that noodles cannot stick to each other.
4.When you add the samosa in oil for fry ,always avoid to deep it in hot oil.In this way samosa will burn and you will not getting the proper taste of it.
