How to make easy way veg Spring Roll

What is Veg spring roll?

Veg spring roll is a popular street food recipe in India.Generally we serve it with tomato sauce or chutney.The filling has noodles in it. If you want you can skip the noodles .You can also add chiken in the stuffing if you are a non -vegetarian person. If you are a vegan then you don’t need to make any change in this recipe as its a vegan spring rolls recipe.
You can serve vegetable spring rolls hot with red chili sauce or red chili garlic chutney or tomato ketchup or serve them with schezwan sauce.

Ingredients for filling-

  • 2 cup cabbage finely chopped
  • 1 cup carrot finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup green bell papers (you can add colorful bell papers of your choice)
  • 1 cup spring onions.
  • 1 cup onions.
  • 1 tsp ginger and garlic.
  • 2 tbsp oil.
  • 1 tsp soya sauce.
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp vinegar.
  • 2 tsp tomato sauce .
  • 1 tsp chili sauce.

Ingredients for roll sheet-

  • spring roll sheets.
  • Oil for deep fry.


1.Add oil to a pan and add chopped onion,ginger and garlic and fry them till golden brown.
2.Now add all the vegetables and fry them well in a hot flame.
3.Add soya sauce,tomato sauce ,chili sauce and vinegar.Add sprinkle of salt in it.
4.If you want to add boiled noodles then add with them at this stage ,otherwise skip it.
5.Now completely cool this.
6.Now spread one wrapper and place a spoonful of stuffing.
7.Roll one edge towards the inner side covering the stuffings.
8.Dampen the left over edge and roll the wrapper to seal.
9.Add the rolls in hot oil and deep fry it until it is change to nice golden brown color.
10.Serve  hot Vegetable spring roll with ketchup.
